Websites with surveys and research studies for people with disabilities and MS patients (2026): a complete list with direct links
A curated list of vetted platforms where people with disabilities and multiple sclerosis patients can join online surveys and research studies — some pay for participation, others shape future therapies, technology and public policy. Direct links, target groups, and how to sign up.
Why join surveys and research studies
When I first started looking for MS information, what I needed most was a clear explanation without grand promises. The lived experience of people with multiple sclerosis or any disability is the single most valuable input researchers, drug developers, tech companies and policy-makers can get. Surveys and online studies shape clinical guidelines, drug design, product accessibility and social rights. Some platforms pay for participation (typically USD 20–150 per interview or usability test); others give patients a direct voice in global research. This is a curated list with direct links — every site was checked in July 2026.
For multiple sclerosis patients

For the Western Balkans and Serbia
Currently there are no domestic paid disability research platforms in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina or North Macedonia. Recommendation: (1) register with iConquerMS and EMSP PROMS — both accept participants from Serbia; (2) join upcoming national studies via [MS Platform Serbia](/en/ms-platforma); (3) watch for regional trials at [msboracsaborac.com/clinical-trials](/en/klinicka-ispitivanja).
How to protect yourself when participating
Never pay to join a study. Legitimate research either pays you or is free. Verify the study sponsor (university, hospital, IRB approval). Walk away if information is unclear. Do not share bank details for "registration". Legitimate platforms pay by PayPal, check or Amazon vouchers after the session. Read the privacy and withdrawal policy — you always have the right to leave a study. Consult your neurologist before joining any interventional study (drug or therapy change). Surveys and interviews are generally safe.
Joining online surveys and research studies is one of the most concrete ways for MS patients or people with disabilities to shape the future of their condition — from new drug design to healthcare policy and technology accessibility. We recommend registering with 2–3 platforms that match your profile (e.g. iConquerMS + Open Inclusion + User Interviews) and checking your inbox regularly. If you have additional links or experience with any of these sites, contact us — this list is updated every six months.
